There is a new application process for enrolling in CD 377, CD 378, and CD 445!!
Students interested in taking CD 377, CD 378, or CD 445 now must submit an application IN ADVANCE to be considered for enrollment in undergraduate clinical practicum. Applications can be picked up from the front office at the Speech & Hearing Center or downloaded here:
Application deadlines are:
September 1st: Spring Clinic
February 1st: Summer and Fall Clinic
Admission to CD undergraduate clinical practicums is limited. Acceptance is based on overall earned hours, completed CD coursework, overall GPA, and faculty recommendations. If admitted, you will be issued a permit to register for the course.
Applications submitted after the due date will not be considered. Please contact your major advisor if you have any questions.
Volunteer opportunities are now available for undergraduate students majoring in communicative disorders. Volunteers will be accepted based on clinic demands If you are interested in being a volunteer, complete the application form and return it to the Speech and Hearing Center. If volunteer opportunities are available, you will be contacted by the Clinic Director.
A new application must be submitted each semester you wish to volunteer.
